We opened in May 2022. We are a registered Community Interest Company, which means we operate for the benefit of the community, in a fair and financially sustainable way and use surplus income to improve our facilities.
Course prices include studio membership for the duration, so you can access the studio for just £5 for 3hrs outside class
Wheel Throwing Improvers
Monday and Wednesday 6.30- 8.30pm, 2-part workshop

This two-part workshop is for beginners who can confidently centre clay.

You will work in small groups of 6 on repeating tall cylinders, in a fun and competitive way, working with 600- 800 grams of clay...once you master tall forms, the throwing world is your oyster! And Ruth will demonstrate how to collar in and create bellies, and work with you on these techniques if you are at that stage.
