Course prices include studio membership for the duration, so you can access the studio for just £4 per hour outside class
Complete Intro to Pottery (8 weeks)
Adults: Mondays or Wednesdays 6 - 8pm
15th Apr- 10th Jun or 17th Apr- 12th Jun (1 week break in May 6th & 8th)
There is some flexibility to move between days
Three instalments of £100
Family, Saturdays 2 - 4pm
20th Apr - 15th Jun (1 week break May 4th)
Three instalments of £130 (total for one adult and one 18 or under)
We recommend age 9+
Wheel-throwing and hand-building, for functional and sculptural forms
Weeks 1 - 4: time split between wheel throwing and a slab-building project (including handles and painting glazes)
Weeks 5 & 6: time split between trimming on the wheel and a coil-building project.
Weeks 7 & 8: dipping and painting glazes (thrown and coiled pots).
The course includes all materials and firing, for four thrown pots and two large hand-built pots, all fired to stoneware temperature with food-safe glazes.
